in the past !

I have been roleplaying warriors forever, or at least since '07 which is when I joined my first warriors roleplaying guild on Neopets. It was called VenomClan, and it was bomb.
It was in VenomClan that I met Petally and Frosty in the summer of '07 and we became pals. I know, we're winners. As time went by, we all improved and the guild became literate (which would surprise you if you had seen it back in '07).
After a while, VenomClan went inactive and Petally formed MarshClan where those of us who remained gathered to rebuild. Upon our move to MarshClan, traditionalism became the standard. MarshClan is where we were joined by the ever lovely Pretzel, and went along happily for a while.
However, inactivity struck again so Petally decided to move to a proboard. That is how Somewhere in the Night began. But then SN went under, and sat alone for a while. But then alas, Frosty, Pretz, Rach and I decided to open a new site! Thus... Kalopsia Borealis!

the name !

dawnkit dawnpaw dawnfire dawnstar

My first ever character was named with the prefix Dawn-, generated from the warriors name generator. Classy, huh?
Well Dawnkit grew up to be Dawnpaw then Dawnfire, then became leader of VenomClan as Dawnstar.
Dawnstar's prefix was extracted and slapped onto me as my name, so I just ran with it. I've been Dawn ever since.
Great story huh? Think I should tell it at parties? Oh yeah.
